Jackson County Transfer Station

Rate Sheet and Accepted Materials as of 01/01/2020

The Jackson County Transfer station does not accept any form of asbestos. An asbestos inspection report from a state certified agency must be provided to the Jackson County Administrator’s Office prior to any demolished structures being delivered to the transfer station.

All loads from the Jackson County Transfer station are hauled to the Larimer County landfill. The transfer station may not be able to accept materials during regularly scheduled hours due to adverse weather conditions that prevent Larimer County from taking trucks. These events include, but are not limited to, high winds, muddy terrain, or excessive precipitation. Jackson County reserves the right to turn any and all loads away at their discretion.

In the event that you require County equipment to unload items from your vehicle, the County will charge $100 per hour with a minimum charge of $50.

Price Sheet Update 8/1/21
