For tax years 2022 & 2023, the temporary assessment rate for residences is 6.95%, multi-family 6.80%, renewable energy, and agricultural property 26.4%. Generally, all other properties including commercial/industrial & vacant land are assessed at 29%.

As of April 13, 2021 accounts with undivided interest owners have been combined into one account. All notices for accounts with undivided interests were sent to the owners with the largest portion of interest for said properties.

2021 Tax Roll is now available. The cost for a copy is $218.25. The GIS Parcel Shapefile is now available for $400.00 Please contact the Jackson County Clerk and Recorder for payment arrangements. After payment has been made, the file will be emailed.
