For the tax year 2022, the temporary assessment rate for residences is 6.95%, multi-family 6.80%, renewable energy, and agricultural property 26.4%. Generally, all other properties including commercial, industrial & vacant land are assessed at 29%.

As of April 13, 2021 accounts with undivided interest owners have been combined into one account. All notices for accounts with undivided interests were sent to the owners with the most considerable portion of interest for said properties.
