The sun sets over the Park Range, a section of the Continental Divide that forms the western and southern boundaries of North park.

A mother duck spheres her flock to safe water on Walden Reservoir. Ducks on a pond. More than 160 species of bird migrate to Jackson County during the summer, one reason why the federal government established the Arapaho National Wildlife Refuge here.
